Is this too good to be true or would this be a good starting point? The one I was interested in was a 66lbs Vevor, shown below, for only $140.

They come in a lot of different size, but are cheap.too cheap. I would prefer something with a round horn and a hardy hole. I live in CT and I would even use a railroad tie anvil or something like that at this stage just to start with. I know anvils can get expensive very fast so idk if under $200 is a pipe dream or if its doable. I have money, but not trying to spend a fortune at this stage. Only thing I have left to find is an anvil. I've taken a couple classes and open forges.
